All online sales in the Netherlands can be changed or returned at your cost. You have 14 days of reflection from the day you received the goods. After the dismantling your agreement you have 14 days to return the order to us. For orders outside the Netherlands the returning costs are for the sender (consumer). All returns need to meet our return conditions.

Our return service is at your own cost, is not insured and at your own risk.  

Cancel your online order
In case your order is not what you expected you can easily return your order through our return page (costs will be charged within your refund): or with the form to revocate your order: formulier voor herroeping. In case you don't use our return page you need to send us the 'form for revocation' with your order or mail it to: You also have another way to revocate as long as your NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL & ORDER NUMBER are in the communication.

Call to action plan:

1. Make sure you pack the order carefully without damaging our packaging (no tape on our shoebox; otherwise we charge € 5,00), labels or products. Use wrapping foil, a box or paper to pack the goods.

2. Fill in you details at the returns page: or fill in the form for revocation. 

3. Print the label which you get from our returns page and make sure this is attached properly to your package. If you don't use a label from our returns page make sure you write our Name, Address, Postal Code, City & Country on the package. Make sure that any other/old labels are not scannable/readable.

4. The package with our returns label can be delivered to a Postal Service within Netherlands. If you don't use our returns page the costs will be for your own account. Returning of your order is not insured en at your own risk. If you would like to insure your return this will be for your account.

5. Always ask for a receipt at the drop off service of the Postal office.

6. After your order is being received you will receive a notification.

7. The total amount of your order (minus the transport costs) will be transfered to your account within 5 working days, with a maximum of 14 days after termination of the agreement. This will also be applicable for products in sale. In case you return all products from your order the shipment costs will be returned as well (in case you have paid them).

Change Your Online Order

If you return your order through postal service you can always choose for another size, or colour.

1. Let us know the details of the order (change size, change colour). Your trade will be taken into our process as long as we receive your return in good care. If we cannot guarantee your suggestion we will return the full amount of your order within 5 working days (with a maximum of 14 days from termination of the agreement).

2. Would you like to be sure that the requested product will be available? Make sure you order your desirable item and return the replacement.

3. Would you like to change your product for a completey other model, then make sure you place a new order with the requested product and return the replacement. We take care of a cash back on the replacement.  

Returns Online Order at stockists.

It's not possible to return any online orders at our stockists.

Returns outside Netherlands

For orders that have been send to customers outside Netherlands the costs for returning are for your own account. Would you like to trade an online order you can easily order a new pair in our shop and return the pair through our portal. In this case you are insured of the right and available size.

Return conditions

- The product needs to be returned under the original conditions (undamaged) in a well packed parcel.

- Products may be reviewed and fit. Unless the article has been used we can charge a depreciation of the product.

- The review time for returns is 14 days after the first day of delivery.

- After the termination of the agreement the product has to be returned within 14 days.

- Wednesday Whiskey charges all costs that come with not receiving/rejecting the goods directly or through a pick-up point. We charge the standard costs from carrier PostNL for all (inter)national orders that apply to consumer orders.

- Changing your order for same articles in different size or colour for the same price is only possible for orders placed within the Netherlands.

- The return service (only Netherlands) is not insured and at your own risk. You can never send a package back at our cost (Dutch: onder rembours).

- For orders outside the Netherlands the costs for sending as well as the full risk are for the returner.
